Milani Baked Blushes (Updated w/swatches)

Good morning, dolls! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! ;)

I just want to make a quick shoutout to all of you who have entered my giveaway. I especially sincerely appreciate ALL of your comments and feedback on what I can do to improve my blog to ensure that your visits here are not only enjoyable but beneficial as well. Keep your input coming and rest assured that I am taking them all into consideration. So thank you to each and every one of you!  :)

According to what I have read from your entries so far, a handful of you ladies would like to see more makeup looks, hauls and drugstore makeup! I'm so happy that most of you would like to see more drugstore makeup featured here on my blog. There was a point in my makeup life (lol) where I had limited myself to only MAC and other high-end makeup brands. However, due to the economy, I have turned to drugstore makeup and I am so glad that I did. I'm sure most of you know that drugstore makeup brands have improved so much over the past couple of years and I believe it is because they know that our economy is not at its best, and that women out there do not want to compromise on beauty because of this economic downfall. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we are definitely going to put food on our tables and pay our bills before we go out and purchase expensive makeup items. I still purchase MAC and other things from Sephora but you won't find me there very often. On the contrary, there may be some of you who feel the way that I used to feel and aren't willing to give drugstore makeup a try, and if that is the case, more power to you but at least give them a try now because I'm sure it will change your outlook on drugstore makeup and you might actually be surprised. :)

I wanted to share with you the Milani baked blushes that I finally got my hands on. I purchased these at my local Walgreens. I had to go to 2 different locations to get these. They were $7.49 each. The two that I originally really wanted were Red Vino and Fantastico Mauve. Nowadays, I usually get items that aren't similar to anything that I already have in my collection. From seeing swatches on blogs and on youtube, I knew those were the two that would be "must-haves" for me. How I ended up getting the other 3, I have no idea. lol! One that I wanted to see in person was 'Corallina' after seeing photos from the Muse. Hopefully they will pop back up at my Walgreens and I just might have to grab it too because I'm almost positive that I don't own anything like it.

Luminoso, Berry Amore
Rose D'Oro, Fantastico Mauve, Red Vino

I'm not the best swatcher so this is the best I could do. But I assure you that these swatches don't do these blushes any justice. I highly recommend that you go and see them for yourself or you can always google other blogs for better swatches. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to MAC Mineralize Blushes, you should definitely look into these.  All I can say is that these are absolutely gorgeous and the quality is superb for a drugstore blush. Milani is definitely one of my favorite drugstore makeup brands.

Have any of you purchased any of the Milani baked blushes? Which are your favorites?

Donnarence: hopefully i can get swatches up soon. but you can also google for milani baked blushes.

A Fine Balance: I'm not too sure where they are sold in Canada. I do know that my Walmarts here don't carry Milani but my Kmarts do and some drugstores.

JillianDanica: They are really pretty! Do see if you can get them.

Ev: You're welcome! Good luck! ;)

Great swatches! I've been slowly but surely getting my hands on these. So far I have Rose D'Oro which I wore today and it is pretty!
