My Personal Experience: I came across the Jordana section in Walgreens and saw these Fabuliners for $1.99 (on the website they are 2.99). They only came in black and brown but the black had sold out and they only had a few browns left. I decided to skip on it and told myself that if I saw it again then I would get it. A few days later I went to another Walgreens at a different location and saw the Fabuliner again. And again, they had sold out of the black and only had a few of the brown. So since it was there I decided to go ahead and give it a try. (Prior to getting home and swatching this, I did not realize that I DO NOT own a brown liquid eyeliner! lol) When I first swatched the product on my hand, I waited only about 10 seconds before trying to rub it off with my finger. It didn't budge. I proceeded to rub a lil harder and still, it didn't smudge. Getting excited, I was thinking that this would actually be a long-lasting liquid eyeliner. I tried it on the next day and wore it for a good 8 or 9 hours on my upper lashline only. I didn't experience any smudging or skipping during application and it was an average day here in Hawaii-a hot one. My eyelids do get oily due to the heat and weather. I do prefer felt-tip liquid liners so this was appealing to me. The tip of the eyeliner is not too short and not too long and I would say that you are able to make either a thick bold line, or a very thin line. The color is a medium-dark brown. Not too light and not too dark but I would prefer a darker brown. As far as the staying power, I must say it's pretty long-lasting for not smudging in 8-9 hours. On the product, it does say to store standing upright (tip down). I am assuming this is to get the best use out of the product and so that the eyeliner is ready to go when you need to use it. Otherwise, if you will be carrying this around in your makeup bag (laying flat) you may have to shake it up a bit to get the product going. This is a great alternative to the usual black eyeliner especially if you want a more toned-down look for work or maybe if you want to wear eyeliner but don't want the intensity of a black liner.

• Easy to use
• Convenient pen-like packaging
• Great for day-to-day use
• Affordable
• Long-lasting

• Not much of a selection in colors - only black and brown
• You may need to shake it to get product going if you are keeping this in your makeup bag

Price: 5/5
Quality: 4/5
Packaging: 5/5
Overall: 5/5
Final Verdict: 19/20 = A

Would I re-purchase again? In a heartbeat! :)
